"Angela began practicing yoga in 2007 to relieve the stress of a new job and become more physically active. She was initially drawn to Ashtanga yoga, finding that the consistent practice allowed her to pay attention to the changes in her mind and body. Angela completed her 200-hour teacher training at Flow Yoga Center. She continues to study various styles of yoga and has completed Street Yoga Training and Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Corina Brenner in Philadelphia. Angela believes that yoga can improve all aspects of one’s life and should therefore be lighthearted, fun, and accessible to all. She is a marathoner and trail runner and credits her yoga practice with helping to keep her strong, flexible, and injury free."
