Sean’s teaching approach is perfect for the ‘newbie’ who wants to try yoga! He is active about using yoga props, including straps/blocks/walls/chairs, in his class to help everyone achieve a pose. Classes are Vinyasa Yoga based infused with different styles including Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Power and Kundalini Yoga! Sean’s playful, fun and easy-going teaching style is extended into his class music playlists he creates, including traditional Kirtan music to a Lady Gaga playlist! No matter which of his classes you take you will always leave smiling, feeling energized, stretched and inspired.
